Mercedes-Benz Electric Cars & SUVs

2023 EQS SUV

Although details on the all-electric future of the brand are still forthcoming, we’re already aware of three Mercedes-Benz electric cars and SUVs that will be coming to the U.S. before the end of 2022. The Mercedes-Benz EQS electric sedan leads the charge with sublime technology features and performance specs, but you might also be interested in the smaller EQE Sedan or the versatile EQB SUV! We’ve laid out everything you need to know to prepare for what comes next.

Mercedes-Benz EQS Electric Sedan

We now have more-or-less complete details on the Mercedes-Benz EQS, which will arrive at our Bedford dealership before the end of 2021. Before you pre-order an EQS of your own, learn more about the specs and highlights with our team:

  • The EQS can reach a full charge from 0% in just 11.25 hours with AC charging, or in just 31 minutes with DC fast charging.
  • The EQS 450+ will offer 329 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque, while the EQS 580 4MATIC® will deliver 516 hp and 611 lb-ft of torque.
  • European testing has estimated the Mercedes-Benz EQS range at 478 miles. Although this number may be adjusted for the U.S. market, it’s certainly an impressive metric.
  • Features will include AIRMATIC®® Air Suspension, a new version of MBUX with Augmented Reality Navigation, an available 56-inch curved glass display with three integrated touchscreens, and much more.

Mercedes-Benz EQE Electric Sedan

We’re only just beginning to get a closer look at the Mercedes-Benz EQE, but most are very excited by what they see. Here’s what you should know:

  • According to the European tests, the EQE will offer a range of more than 400 miles. Although the EQE is smaller than the EQS, and it won’t offer quite as much range, its smaller proportions give it a sleek and forward-thinking look.
  • The EQE is expected to start with 280 horsepower, and a second—likely more powerful—model will be made available at launch.
  • This model will also offer its own massive MBUX Hyperscreen with a distinctive curved glass display. Like the EQS, it will provide Navigation with Electric Intelligence to help you plan more exciting road trips and adventures with confidence.

The EQE is expected to arrive somewhat later than the EQS, at some point during 2022.

Mercedes-Benz EQB Electric SUV

Drivers in Beachwood and Mayfield love their SUVs, and we don’t see that changing any time soon. That’s why we’re especially excited about the release of the Mercedes-Benz EQB—expected to arrive at dealerships late in 2022. Here’s a look at the highlights:

  • With standard seating for five and available seating for seven, growing families are guaranteed to appreciate the first Mercedes-Benz electric SUV to come to the U.S.
  • European testing predicts a range of roughly 260 miles with either the EQB 300 4MATIC® or the EQB 350 4MATIC®, which offer 225 and 288 hp respectively. A long-range version of the EQB is also expected.
  • With AC charging, a 100% charge can be achieved in just 5 hours and 45 minutes. With DC fast charging, you can get back on the road with a full battery in just 32 minutes.
