Next-Level Performance in the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class

With the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class, you’ll be getting a luxury sedan with mild-hybrid EQ Boost capability. EQ Boost – or “mild hybrid” technology – means there’s top-of-the-line engine power alongside additional electric power that’s unleashed when needed. The 2022 C-Class offers you 255 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque on the standard trim level, along with 20 additional horsepower and 148 additional lb-ft of torque via the electric battery.

We expect that you’ll be able to find even more powerful AMG® models at a later date, along with additional electrified powertrains.

2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class: Interior Upgrades

There are a whole host of high-tech upgrades to the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class interior, including new instrument panels, a fresh seat design, and an improved user experience. Here are some of our favorite new features to take your Mayfield rides to the next level:

• The 2022 C-Class features an 11.9-inch central touchscreen in portrait orientation, along with a 12.3-inch digital instrument panel.
• The central touchscreen is tilted towards the driver by six degrees, focusing the entirety of the cabin in the direction of the driver.
• With the C-Class, you’ll be getting all the latest Mercedes-Benz interior technology including voice control, wireless Apple CarPlay™, and wireless Android Auto™. There’s also a brand-new biometric fingerprint scanner to switch between MBUX profiles.
• New heavily-bolstered seats turn the C-Class cabin into your own personal cockpit, keeping you centered behind the wheel.

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class also delivers the latest Mercedes-Benz safety and driver-assist features! These include Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC®, Active Steering Assist, Active Lane Change Assist, blind spot monitoring, and much more. 

2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class: Exterior Upgrades

The 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class refreshes the luxury sedan’s iconic exterior design, with a cab-backward design extending the length of the carriage. There are a few other new exterior changes as well, including:

• Tapered, two-part taillights resembling the A-Class and S-Class models.
• A new A-shaped grille and sharply rising windshield to bring out the sporty stance of the C-Class.

2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Features & Trim Levels

Although we don’t have the final numbers on the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class prices, we do know that there will two basic configurations with three trim levels each:

• At launch, drivers can choose between the C 300 Sedan and the C 300 4MATIC® Sedan. These configurations will both be available in Premium, Exclusive, and Pinnacle trim levels.
• The Premium trim level includes both the digital instrument panel and central touchscreen display, along with MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience), Blind Spot Monitoring, PRESAFE®, a HANDS FREE ACCESS® trunk, a sunroof, and heated front seats, among many other high-end luxury features.
• At the Exclusive trim level, drivers gain PARKTRONIC® with Active Parking Assist, a Burmester® 3D Surround System, Inductive Wireless Charging, and Enhanced Ambient Lighting, along with the available Driver Assistance package.
• Finally, at the top-end Pinnacle trim, you’ll get a Head-Up Display and MBUX Augmented Video for Navigation, and a multitude of new available features.

When is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Release Date?
