Start to finish from initial call in Bedford Mercedes was efficient,patient, courteous,even though my car was not purchased there. They treated me and my concerns seriously. Even though, I contacted them with no prior relationship they treated as if I bought my car there, instead the little guy down the street, they never treated me lesser than.. Aaron Neal did his usual great job, including recommending an oil and filter change to the “C” service. Aaron found the perfect young technician in Philip Quinto to do the work. This car is a low-mileage E350, and I’ve kept it because the styling is less “boxy” than later versions. I left Mercedes Benz of Bedford completely satisfied.

Matt is very helpful, insightful, patient, and transparent in communication. Being a first time car owner, I had a bunch of questions, all of which were addressed in an effective manner and my requirements were accomodated to satisfaction. Great service. Best ever for any car I’ve ever owned. However, I was not comfortable in the waiting area from a covid standpoint. Too many people. Too many loud employees talking in groups too close to me. Too many people walking the hallway.

Diagnosing sprinter vans is an art. Extremely satisfied with timeliness of results, consultative and helped me save money. Definitely not as sharp to do repairs for sake of revenue. They keep the customer in mind first. Very rare with dealerships.

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by staff that identified my service call and referred me to the service tech. I was serviced without delay. Satisfactory service was completed in the estimated one hour. Signs were posted regarding masks however, there were no restrictions to enforce social distancing. I've purchased 9 vehicles in the last 15 years and I have never experienced the level of customer service Saad provided! He returned calls/texts quickly and in great detail, he made every effort to find exactly what I was looking for in a Mercedes Benz. I explained our timeline and urgency and he met the timelines with the exact car we wanted. I've been in sales for 19 years and I can tell you without a doubt, Saad works very hard to get you the car you want!

There are 2 parts to my review ... first the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) process. They missed quite a few things that I think should have been caught so I was disappointed with the preparation of the car. I paid extra to get the CPO accreditation as compared to buying it from a wholesaler or an individual. But I expected better than what I got. That said, the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. My new rep, Ali, has been most helpful in my ongoing purchase of a 2019 Mercedes S 63 AMG Coupe. Although they did not have one to take a test drive, he kindly found one at another dealership. I hope to make my purchase with him and the Bedford Mercedes Dealership once the pricelist for 2019 becomes available.

Both my salesperson (Raige) and Skylar were terrific to work with. I was seeking specific features that were not typical and Raige was very patient in helping me understand my options.
